At Everest, we guide students through the many changes college brings:
- Establishing Structure
We help students build routines that work for them, manage deadlines, and create weekly academic plans — all through one-on-one coaching.
- Building Executive Functioning Skills
From organizing assignments to managing time and avoiding procrastination, our coaches work on the practical skills needed for college success.
Encouraging Self-Advocacy
We support students as they learn to communicate with professors, ask for help, and understand how to access campus resources (such as accessibility services or tutoring centers).
- Navigating Emotional Shifts
College can feel lonely or intimidating. Our coaches are trusted, judgment-free partners who encourage resilience and confidence.
- Promoting Independence Without Isolation
We foster gradual independence — not sink-or-swim expectations. Students set goals with our support and practice real-world problem-solving.
How We Support Students Across All Four Years of College
Everest College Coaching is more than a first-year transition program — we provide consistent, individualized support from the first day of college through graduation and beyond. Our coaching evolves as students grow, helping them meet the unique challenges of each academic year.
Consent-Based Access
We are committed to student-centered support. Students sign a consent form indicating whether Everest can share session summaries with caregivers. We encourage open communication between students and families, and our consent process helps build that trust.
